Through our Interior Design Program, we have the privilege of working with a number of Interior Designers. To celebrate them, we held a Designer Event featuring five top Colorado interior designers. Each interior designer was asked to create a bedroom design to include the following: duvet covers and shams, coverlets, sheets and pillowcases, throws, and decorative pillows, from one of our two showrooms in either Denver or Boulder.
Wendy Morrison Design, a design studio inspired by French and Italian architecture, couture and street fashion, and her own mother’s New Orleans roots, designed a vignette featuring her signature jewel and blue tones. For the duvet cover and shams, she chose Belgian linen with a Renaissance pattern, a coordinating sateen channel quilted coverlet from Italy, and beautiful Giza Medallion sheeting. The design scheme was finished with elegant Kevin O’Brien Studio velvet pillows, a customized cipher monogram pillow, and a reversible alpaca pompom throw. Locally sourced antiques further accent the space.
